We are a family run catering business established in 2003. We cater for all occasions large or small and have three main business areas. These are:
School Lunches specialising in hot and ready to serve meals for primary schools on a daily basis
Lunch Clubs providing group hot lunches for senior citizens
Bespoke Catering which caters for all kinds of corporate and private functions.
We buy many ingredients produced in Sussex – minced beef, yoghurts and pizzas to name a few.
We cook all our food in small batches to retain its delicious, homemade flavour (the only items on our menu not homemade are fishcakes and cheese and tomato pizza which are produced for us in Midhurst).

Meat, fish or alternatives like quorn, tofu and beans
These are important sources of protein, vitamins and minerals, and form part of a healthy balanced diet.
This includes, milk, yoghurts, custard and cheese
Go for lower-fat milk and dairy foods. These are healthier options to help you get enough protein and calcium.
FAT and SUGAR
Foods with sugar and or fat in them like cakes, crisps, fizzy drinks
Cut down on fat and sugar by eating fewer sweets, cakes and biscuits, and drinking fewer sugary soft drinks.
These will fill you up and give you energy – bead, pasta, rice, potatoes.
Choose wholegrain varieties when you can.
Fruit and vegetables – did you know that we should be eating at least 5 portions a day?
Almost all fruit and vegetables count towards your 5 A DAY, including frozen, canned and dried varieties.
