If your child is ill and cannot attend school that day please telephone 01403 741177 or email emma@theeasylunchcompany.co.uk by 9am and we will credit your account.
School trips
If your child is going on a school trip or day out you need to cancel your meal within the usual booking deadline (9 days in advance) in order for a credit to be given.
To cancel a meal, scroll through the meal choices on the day until the box is blank, your credit will stay on your account for future use.
