Special diets

If your child requires a Special Diet please contact Emma on 01403 741177 or email emma@theeasylunchcompany.co.uk to discuss your child’s individual needs. You will be asked to fill out a Special Dietary Request form with details of your child’s allergy or intolerance, severity of allergy and your contact details. You will also need to supply a passport size photograph so your child can be identified and your request will need to be supported by a medical letter supplied by your doctor or consultant.

In order to feed your child safely we need to ensure that we have all the necessary details, no special meals will be provided until all this information is in place.
