Ordering meals

UIFSM ordering (for children in Reception,
Year 1 and Year 2)

We offer online ordering for all UIFSM if you wish to guarantee your child has a specific lunch, if you do not mind which meal your child has you do not need to book infant meals unless they attend one of the schools listed below
We deliver a selection of the 3 main meals on offer and use our experience and expertise to gauge how many portions of each meal to supply.

However as previously said please place a booking online to guarantee a specific meal.

Compulsory booking of UIFSM is for the following schools:

  • ST MARYS, HORSHAM
  • SHELLEY PRIMARY SCHOOL, BROADBRIDGE HEATH
  • SLINFOLD SCHOOL
  • ARUNSIDE, HORSHAM
  • ST PETERS, COWFOLD

If you child attends one of the above listed schools, you must book their meals online for them to be catered for – please see the deadlines below. If you fail to place a booking you must supply a packed lunch until you are able to make a booking.
Booking deadlines are also listed on the back of your menu flyer.

Paid meals ordering (If your child is in Year 3,4,5,6)

All meals cost £2.97.

Payment is made at the time of ordering. If you do not pay for your meals they will not be provided, all payments must be made in advance.

Online orders are paid for by credit/debit card using our credit top up system.
Online booking must be made 9 days in advance; for example, if you want a meal on Monday 22 September you must order it by midnight on Saturday 13 September.

Free school meal (FSM) Ordering (if your child is in Year 3,4,5,6)

If your child is entitled to FSM (please speak to your school office who will have details) you can book your meals online.
In order for meals to be provided once you have placed your booking credits need to be added to your account. You MUST contact emma@theeasylunchcompany.co.uk or call Emma on 01403 741177 giving your name (the parent), your child’s name, school and year group so we can add the credits to your account. It is then your responsibility to renew your bookings each term.

Credits for the whole school year will be given therefore it is your responsibility to ask for more credits at the end of each school year ready for the next.
